Shipping is free in the United States. For other countries, shipping
charges apply. I will accept returns or exchanges on some/any/all of your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase
or for some other reason need to return them. I am not responsible for items that get lost in shipping, nor will I pay for
the shipping on returns.

I accept PayPal payments and fill
orders as soon as possible after getting a payment notice in my email. A 5% Maine Sales Tax needs to be added at checkout
(sorry). If for some reason what you purchase is not available right away, I will call you or email you and let you know how

Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept yarn returns if you have too many skeins for your project and
custom made items if they do not fit.
Please contact me regarding a refund or exchange within three months.

My animal fibers and some dye substances are grown on farms and in the natural world and are subject to producing allergens.
However, I do not have any pets, and I don't smoke.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. I'm a one woman show and don't have time for any funny stuff anyway!
